Instructions
Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of any contaminants that may affect adhesion. Prepare the surface to a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 3, using methods such as diamond grinding or shot blasting. Perform moisture vapor testing in accordance with ASTM F2170 (RH below 99%) or ASTM F1869 (MVER below 25 lb/24hr/1000 sq. ft.).
Condition the product to 65-85°F for optimal performance. Mix 2 parts A to 1 part B by volume using a low-speed mechanical mixer. Pour the mixed material onto the floor in a long, even bead and spread it evenly using a notched squeegee. Back-roll the surface with a 3/8" nap roller to ensure a uniform thickness and eliminate application lines.
Avoid application at temperatures below 40°F or above 95°F, and in conditions where humidity exceeds 80% or the temperature is less than 5°F above the dew point. Ensure proper ventilation during installation and curing.
