Instructions

The concrete surface must be clean, dry, and free of any contaminants. Mechanically prepare the surface to achieve an ICRI-CSP2 profile to create the proper texture for adhesion.

Mix 1 part A with 1 part B of US100CFP until thoroughly blended, using a low-speed drill or stir stick. Ensure to scrape the sides and bottom of the container during mixing. Apply the epoxy putty using a trowel, putty knife, or similar tool, pushing it firmly into the crack or joint. Remove any excess material by scraping it flush with the surface.

Avoid application at temperatures below 40°F or above 95°F, and in conditions where humidity exceeds 85% or the temperature is less than 5°F above the dew point. Ensure proper ventilation during installation and curing for optimal results and safety.
