Instructions
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and properly prepared. For application over epoxy basecoats, sand the surface to remove gloss and create a roughened profile (80-100 grit screen recommended).
Mix Part C into Part A (for satin finish), then add Part B using slow-speed mixing equipment to avoid air entrapment. Apply the mixed material at a coverage rate of 500-600 sq. ft. per gallon using a 3/8" nap roller, maintaining a thin, even coat without excess material. Re-roll the area in the opposite direction to level the coating, with the final pass in one consistent direction.
Maintain substrate and ambient temperatures between 60-90°F (16-32°C) during application and curing, with the surface temperature at least 5°F (3°C) above the dew point and relative humidity below 80%. Ensure proper ventilation throughout the process.
For detailed application instructions, please refer to the Technical Data Sheet.
Theoretical coverage: 500-600 sq. ft. per gallon at 2-3 mils thickness
